First time on USVI. Jeep is a must to explore the island. We rented for a week, process was very simple. The picked up and dropped off at the ferry very promptly. Excellent service!!

The jeep was in great condition. Less than 2,000 miles on it and the tires were in good shape, which gave me peace of mind on the steep roads when wet. Pick up and drop off at ferry was super convenient, just give them a call and let them know what ferry you will be coming over on. The ability to park in the lot when in Cruz bay is a huge bonus. They even washed it for us when we parked there one day. Would certainly book with them again.

Dates of Service: 2/16/25 - 2/20/25 I researched a bunch of car rental places on STJ as I didn’t want to deal with the car ferry from STT for my first time visiting the Virgin Islands. Being able to use Courtesy’s lot for parking when going out in town SAVES YOU SO MUCH STRESS with trying to find parking. It doesn’t cost you anything extra and was a huge reason why I decided to go with Courtesy. It is a very easy walk to get to any of the restaurants in your area from the lot. It’s well lit and we felt safe. We had a 2 door jeep wrangler that was easy to drive and get us all over the island including the steep parts around the Coral Bay Side. Never felt unsafe driving the vehicle and I never even had to use the 4WD. No surprise charges at the end. Had an issue with the emergency brake getting stuck and they had somebody at the car within 30 minutes to fix that minor hiccup and we were back on our way exploring. Take the car to E-C Gas and Car Service Station to fill up the tank to full and clean out the car from sand. It takes 10 minutes and then you’ll be good to drop off the car without any sneaky charges at the end. Bring a copy of your insurance card or email them a picture of your card when checking in to save time picking the car up. I will use Courtesy again when we make it back to STJ in the future.

Courtesy Jeep is excellent. I recommend them highly! The Jeep was in great shape, ready when I arrived, and clean. They were happy to pick us up at the ferry to Bring us and our bags up the hill. Gregory, James, Promise, and every single person with whom I interacted were super friendly, kind, and professional. A bonus to rentIng from Courtesy is that you can park there when you're in Cruz Bay. Twice, when I was pulling in to park, Courtesy folks helped guide me into a tight spot. Once, they even just parked the Jeep for me! I have rented from one other place on St. John, and I was not happy with the condition of that Jeep. I'm so happy that I gave Courtesy a try. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for such a fantastic experience during our trip! I look forward to renting from you again.

Second time renting here. Quick and friendly shuttle from the ferry. Quick and friendly service at the rental building. Highly recommend.

So friendly and professional! Close to ferry but they will shuttle you to their office. Loved our jeep for the week and had no issues with it.

This place was great to work with. They picked us up way after hours because of a 3 hour flight delay. Jeep was very clean! Would definitely use them again.

We reserved a Jeep Wrangler 2D online for a week in January 2024. We were picked up at the Cruz Bay ferry terminal by their courtesy shuttle. Check in was super easy and the staff were very nice. It was a nice perk being able to park at their lot if we came into Cruz Bay for the day. No surprise or hidden fees. Check out was easy and about a 5 minute walk back to the ferry terminal.
